Finger Shape

Fingers nail of the hand have any kind of shape such as pointed, conic, spade shape, and square, and each shape have different meaning as below 

• Square nail finger shows realism and down to earthiness in the area of life controlled by the finger
• Pointed nail finger shows great artistic sense in the area ruled by the specific finger
• Spade shaped nail finger (wide at the tip) shows inventiveness
• Cone shaped nail finger (tubular) shows imagination. Thus a person with a square ring finger (Uranus) would show much practicality in use of artistic talents, and if combined with pointed index finger, little prowess in relation to position in life 

The straightness or crookedness of fingers needs to be evaluated too

·        Straight finger show one who is straight forward, direct, honest, and clear headed.

·        Crooked, the finger shows deviousness or some misshaping in the area of the personality controlled by the twist 

The size and shape of the fingernails are also useful in evaluating the hand and identifying the type of finger.

Consider the nail bed (not the shaping by the manicure of the nail tip) in evaluating the shape and size. Usually a nail occupies the upper half of the top joint of the finger and has a rim of flesh showing around it.
